NAMI Family-to-Family 8-Week Course
Sundays, starting September 13, 2:00 - 4:30 pm, C106 & Zoom.


If you have family or friends with mental health challenges, The National Alliance of Mental Illness (NAMI) provides a course to cope and problem-solve in a non-threatening, anonymous setting, and at no charge. Attendees learn self-care, support resources, crisis management, treatment, and more.
