Evening Yoga led by Ann Strader

Thursdays, October 2 - 30  (5 Weeks)

530 - 630 pm Room C208

In this class, we will use our breath to come our minds, move and strengthen our bodies through stretching exercises and end of the few moments at the end of each class and prayer as we take a quiet, mindful moment to receive the benefits gained and focus on God. All levels of fitness are welcome. Please bring a mat if you have one. Ann is a certified yoga instructor and integrative health coach. Register at PRUMC.ccbchurch.com
